NUMBER (N)INE

Number (N)ine is a Tokyo menswear label founded in 1996 by Takahiro Miyashita, whose rock- and grunge-inspired collections helped define the Ura-Harajuku era. Miyashita left in 2009. Since then the brand has run under Kooks Co. without him, selling casual denim, check shirts, jackets and graphic T-shirts, along with collaborations with Supreme, C2H4 and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. It sells through its official n-nine-store.com shop and ZOZOTOWN. Number (N)ine by Takahiro Miyashita is a separate label, not affiliated with this brand, that launched in 2025–26.
