Out Hyped (OutHyped) is a sneaker and streetwear shop at 5555 N Lamar Boulevard in Austin's North Loop, run by owner Alan Ramirez and known on Instagram as @OutHypedATX. It buys, sells and consigns limited-release sneakers alongside hyped apparel and accessories, mixing Nike and Jordan retros with resale-market grails and secondhand pieces, and also sells online. The shop has traded since at least 2018; its storefront was damaged during the 2020 Austin protests, after which Ramirez used its Instagram to promote bail funds and police-reform charities.
