Premium Goods
Premium Goods is a sneaker and streetwear boutique in Houston's Rice Village, opened in 2004 by Jennifer Ford as an offshoot of a Brooklyn shop and billed as Texas's first independent sneaker store. It stocks limited Nike, Jordan, adidas, New Balance and Asics releases plus apparel, and runs a separate kids' concept. Ford, widely cited as the first Black woman to own a US sneaker boutique, has designed shoes with Nike and worked with adidas on a Campus '00s release referencing Houston car culture.
