Proper Cloth

Proper Cloth is a New York menswear label founded in 2008 by Seph Skerritt, still independently run with Skerritt as CEO. It builds made-to-measure dress shirts online, using a fit-prediction algorithm and 3D visualization instead of in-person measuring, then extends the same custom approach to polos, knitwear, chinos, outerwear, sport coats and suits. Fabrics run from Italian poplins and oxfords to performance and merino wool shirtings. Alongside e-commerce it operates appointment showrooms, including New York, Chicago and Washington, D.C., and releases seasonal ready-to-wear collections.
