Samsøe Samsøe is a Copenhagen contemporary label founded in 1993 by brothers Klaus and Preben Samsøe as a jewellery shop in the Latin Quarter, which added T-shirts and knitwear before expanding into full ready-to-wear. Per-Ulrik Andersen and Peter Sextus bought the business in 2000 and still run it independently from Nørrebro. The brand designs men's and women's tailoring, merino and alpaca knitwear, denim, outerwear and accessories, pairing pared-back Scandinavian lines with Copenhagen street-style utility, and shows regularly at Copenhagen Fashion Week alongside recycling and sustainability programmes.
