Seasalt Cornwall

Seasalt Cornwall is a Cornish clothing label that began in 1981 when Don Chadwick bought General Clothing Stores in Penzance, selling workwear to local farmers, fishermen and artists; his sons Neil, Leigh and David turned it into a clothing brand. Design is handled in-house in Falmouth, Cornwall, and centres on womenswear with hand-drawn prints, painterly colour palettes, breton tops, jersey dresses and waterproof outerwear, plus menswear and accessories. It trades from more than 80 shops in the UK, Ireland and New Zealand, and opened its first US store in Falmouth, Massachusetts in 2024 as part of a wider American rollout.
