Lands End​

Lands' End is an American lifestyle retailer founded in 1963 as a Chicago sailing-hardware catalog and headquartered in Dodgeville, Wisconsin since 1978. It sells casual apparel, swimwear, outerwear, school uniforms and home goods, mainly direct-to-consumer online plus wholesale marketplaces, with a B2B corporate outfitting arm. Signature products include the canvas Boat Tote, Squall jacket and Supima cotton knits. After a 2025 strategic review, the company agreed on January 26, 2026 to place its trademarks in a joint venture with brand manager WHP Global, repaying roughly $234 million of term debt while retaining operational control.
