Yoga teachers Vanessa Lee and Ian Lopatin started it with studio t-shirts in Arizona; a men's line followed in 2022, alongside 200-plus wholesale accounts and a Victoria's Secret PINK partnership. Unified Commerce Group, owner of Frank And Oak, bought a majority stake in December 2023, installing Lambros Piscopos as CEO. Sales fund meal donations via Feeding America.
