It replaced Rolex as Formula 1's official timekeeper in 2025 under a 10-year deal. Beatrice Goasglas becomes CEO on 1 May 2026, succeeding Antoine Pin. Morgan Stanley estimates 2025 sales near CHF 656 million on about 342,000 watches. Mainline prices typically run $2,000-7,000.
