Urban Necessities is a Las Vegas sneaker consignment retailer co-founded by Jaysse Lopez, who built the business from resale hustling into a shop inside the Boulevard Mall before moving to a much larger flagship at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. The store buys, sells and trades new and used sneakers on consignment, focusing on limited Jordan, Nike and collaboration releases alongside streetwear apparel, and functions as a community hub for collectors visiting Las Vegas. Lopez remains the public face of the business.
