WAWWA
WAWWA is a Manchester clothing label founded in 2016 by brothers Sean and Andy, who started out screen-printing graphic tees on organic cotton at university. The unisex range spans hoodies, tees, workwear jackets, knitwear and trousers built for durability rather than seasons. Products are vegan and PETA-approved, using organic, recycled and repurposed fabrics with water-based inks. Since 2020 part of production runs through the brand's own Manchester micro-factory, alongside a family-run Portuguese factory and a wind- and solar-powered fair trade unit in India; staff are paid above the living wage.
