ASCENO

Asceno is a London womenswear label founded in 2014 by friends Lauren Leask and Poppy Sexton-Wainwright. It started in sleepwear and now designs pieces intended to be worn beyond the bedroom, from sand-washed silk pyjama sets and slip dresses to linen shirting, wide-leg trousers, bikinis and resort cover-ups. The look is pared-back and 1990s-influenced, built on muted solids, simple prints and repeat-wear shapes, with stated sustainability commitments in materials and production. It sells direct and through retailers including Liberty, Ssense and Le Mill.
