BOSS is the flagship label of Hugo Boss AG, the German group founded by Hugo Ferdinand Boss in Metzingen in 1924 and today run as a publicly listed company under CEO Daniel Grieder. It anchors the group's two-brand structure alongside the younger HUGO line, covering men's and women's tailoring, shirting, knitwear, outerwear, footwear and accessories. Collections balance precision suiting with logo-forward casualwear and performance-driven athleisure, sold through owned stores, outlets and wholesale. UK retailer Frasers Group holds a roughly 19% minority stake; the Marzotto family holds about 15%.
