Botter
Botter is the Paris-based label founded in 2017 by Antwerp-trained Rushemy Botter and Amsterdam Fashion Institute graduate Lisi Herrebrugh, who call their work "Caribbean couture." Collections translate Curacaoan and Dominican heritage, ocean imagery and marine-conservation themes into deconstructed Dutch-Belgian tailoring, sportswear and upcycled or algae- and seashell-based fabrications. The duo won the Grand Prix at Hyeres in 2018 and the ANDAM Grand Prize in 2022, and directed Nina Ricci for Puig until 2024. Botter stays independent, shows on the Paris men's calendar and sells via SSENSE and Galeries Lafayette.
