Flipside Hats is an independent Portland, Oregon headwear label founded in 2002 by Kori Giudici, who hand-sewed her first hat from repurposed fabric; husband Jake Wollner joined as co-owner in 2010. The brand builds reversible bucket hats, five-panel and trucker caps, sun hats and knit beanies in the USA from deadstock, wool, organic cotton and recycled RPET, including limited Pendleton wool runs. Most hats sit between roughly $40 and $90. The company closed its Montavilla storefront in January 2025 to concentrate on online and wholesale distribution, and now lists Portland and Tucson operations.
