g-lab

g-lab is a German outerwear label founded by Björn Gericke and headquartered in Düsseldorf, where a small in-house team designs technical jackets, parkas and coats for city wear. Pieces such as the Commander field jacket use windproof, waterproof and breathable laminated fabrics, multi-layer constructions, zip-out thermal liners, cargo and fleece-lined pockets, and reflective detailing, cut in restrained urban shapes rather than sportswear silhouettes. Production runs through Asian suppliers, and the brand sells through premium independent retailers in Europe, North America and Japan alongside its own online shop.
