The Goral family began shoemaking in Kraków, Poland in 1936, relocated to England in 2005, moved into manufacturing in 2008 and launched the consumer-facing label from its Spital Hill factory, which employs roughly 40 craftspeople. Shoes use Horween Chromexcel, calfskin nappa, suede and shearling with Blake-stitch construction, making them resoleable through the brand's Rebuild+ service. Trading company Goral and Son Ltd remains active, with recent collaborations including Garmsville.
