I.T is a Hong Kong multi-brand fashion retailer founded in 1988 by brothers Sham Kar Wai and Sham Kin Wai. Upscale I.T stores stock designer labels including Comme des Garcons and Alexander McQueen, while lower-priced i.t doors carry streetwear and casual brands; the group also runs in-house labels and the ITeSHOP e-commerce platform, which lists several hundred labels. It trades across Hong Kong and mainland China. Sham and private equity firm CVC Capital Partners took the company private in 2021, delisting it from the Hong Kong exchange after pandemic losses.
