Jimmy Choo is a British luxury footwear and accessories house founded in London in 1996 by Malaysian shoemaker Jimmy Choo and former Vogue accessories editor Tamara Yeardye (now Mellon). Sandra Choi, Choo's niece by marriage and a founding director, has overseen design since the start. Collections centre on evening and red-carpet shoes — crystal-embellished sandals, Romy and Love pumps, Bing mules — plus handbags, sneakers, bridal and fragrance. Capri Holdings has owned the company since acquiring it in 2017; Hannah Colman is chief executive.
