Le Coq Sportif
Le Coq Sportif is a French sport-heritage label founded in 1882 by Émile Camuset in Romilly-sur-Seine, where it still runs a factory; corporate offices sit in Entzheim. The rooster trademark dates to 1948, and the brand is tied to Tour de France cycling, French rugby and football kits, retro tracksuits and court sneakers. Placed in receivership in November 2024 after outfitting France at the Paris Olympics, it was taken over in July 2025 by a consortium led by Dan Mamane, with Alexandre Fauvet as CEO.
