Lulus

Lulus is an online-first women's label from Chico, California, founded in 1996 by Debra Cannon and Colleen Winter as a vintage boutique before moving fully to e-commerce. It sells occasion-led styles — bridesmaid and wedding-guest dresses, prom and formal gowns, plus everyday separates, shoes and accessories — under a data-driven, test-and-reorder model. Public on Nasdaq as LVLU since 2021, it is expanding beyond its own site into wholesale and in-store placement, and in July 2026 its board formed a special committee to review strategic alternatives.
