Modcloth
ModCloth is a digital-only womenswear retailer selling vintage- and indie-inspired dresses, separates, swim and accessories in extended sizing, with retro silhouettes, novelty prints and a customer-review-driven shopping model. Founded online in 2002 by Susan Gregg Koger and Eric Koger, it was sold to Walmart in 2017, to Go Global Retail in January 2020, and to e-commerce firm Nogin in May 2021. Nogin filed Chapter 11 in December 2023; ModCloth changed hands again through the 2024-2025 restructuring and now trades under new ownership.
