Perfect Moment is a luxury skiwear and lifestyle label founded in 1984 in Chamonix by extreme-sports filmmaker and skier Thierry Donard, relaunched in 2010 by Max and Jane Gottschalk and now run from London. Jane Gottschalk leads design, working in retro-alpine graphics, star and chevron motifs and bright colour-blocking across down jackets, one-piece ski suits, base layers, knitwear and swim. Listed on NYSE American as PMNT since 2024, it reported about $21 million in fiscal 2025 revenue after a Hugo Boss collaboration ended, and had its shares suspended in June 2026.
