Port Tanger
Port Tanger is an eyewear label founded in 2020 by stylist Vanessa Reid and photographer Bibi Borthwick, inspired by the city of Tangier, Morocco. Frames are handcrafted in Japan from acetate and metal, with slim profiles, restrained hardware and tinted lenses; many models carry Arabic and North African names. The design language pairs Mediterranean and North African references with Japanese manufacturing. Sunglasses and optical frames sell through the brand's own site and multi-brand retailers including SSENSE and Antonioli, typically around $300.
