Rassvet (PACCBET)

Rassvet, written PACCBET in Cyrillic, is a skate label founded in 2016 by Russian pro skater Tolya Titaev with designer Gosha Rubchinskiy; the name means "dawn" in Russian. It builds a full skate-led wardrobe — graphic tees, hoodies, denim, loose trousers, caps and decks — marked by Cyrillic logos, collage prints and post-Soviet youth references. Titaev now leads the brand, which moved operations from Moscow to Paris after condemning Russia's invasion of Ukraine. It sells through Dover Street Market and skate retailers, and has collaborated with Carhartt and Russell Athletic.
