SHUSHU/TONG is a Shanghai womenswear label founded in 2015 by London College of Fashion graduates Liushu Lei and Yutong Jiang. The pair rework girlish codes into something sharper: oversized bows, ruffled and bubble-hem dresses, corsetry, sheer tulle layers, cropped knitwear, pleated skirts and patent Mary Jane footwear, often in black, red and pale pastels. The brand shows at Shanghai Fashion Week and sells through international retailers including SSENSE and Dover Street Market. Ownership remains with the two founders.
