Slowtide

Slowtide is a surf-rooted textiles and apparel label founded in 2015 in Costa Mesa, California by Kyle Spencer, Dario Phillips and Wylie Von Tempsky, with a second base in Hawaii. It began with printed 100% cotton beach towels treated as a medium for artist collaborations, then expanded into bath towels, blankets, changing ponchos and outerwear such as parkas. The brand emphasizes coastal graphics, recycled and organic materials, and artist-driven capsules, and marked its tenth anniversary in 2025 as an independent, founder-run company.
