424 is a Los Angeles menswear label founded by Guatemala-born designer Guillermo Andrade, who opened the FourTwoFour store on Fairfax Avenue in 2010 and expanded its in-house capsules into a full collection in 2015. Output centres on workwear- and sportswear-derived pieces: boxy logo T-shirts and hoodies, striped-sleeve knits, utility jackets and leather outerwear, frequently marked with the red 424 bar. Andrade has built collections around subjects such as police brutality and oil spills, and has worked with adidas, Guess and Arsenal FC.
