Aitor Throup

Aitor Throup Studio is the London practice of Argentinian-British designer Aitor Throup, spanning sculptural menswear, art direction and product design. Its clothing sits under New Object Research, first presented in 2013, which rejects seasonal collections for a fixed set of archetypes: the Shiva Skull Bag, anatomically cut jackets, rotated seams, custom zip and buttonhole systems. Throup previously headed design at G-Star RAW and has an ongoing Umbro partnership, with a third collaboration on football training apparel dated April 2026. In May 2026 he announced Aitor Ultra, his first ready-to-wear label, launching 2027.
