Alemais

Alémais is an Australian womenswear label founded by Lesleigh Jermanus and launched in 2021, run from Sydney and still independently led by its founder. Jermanus draws on a textile design background, building collections around hand-drawn prints, embroidery, beading and appliqué produced with artisan makers, alongside lower-impact fabrics. Signature pieces are printed dresses, separates and resortwear. The label is positioned as a colourful alternative to Australian houses such as Aje and Zimmermann, and sells through its own stores, e-commerce and international wholesale.
