Designs are planned in Japan and largely sewn in American factories, using ballistic Cordura nylon, heavy hardware and tactical detailing reworked for business, travel, golf and city use. Signature lines include the Made in USA and FREIGHTER ranges of totes, backpacks, briefcases and sacoches. In August 2025, investment firm Japan Growth Investments Alliance took a capital stake in parent Union Gate Group to fund global expansion.
