BRIEFING is a Tokyo luggage and bag label founded in 1998 by Union Gate Group, built around genuine US military MIL-SPEC construction. In August 2025, investment firm Japan Growth Investments Alliance took a capital stake in parent Union Gate Group to fund global expansion.
