Cold Laundry

Cold Laundry is a London label founded in 2019 by husband-and-wife designers Ola and Cerise Alabi. It makes gender-neutral, minimalist ready-to-wear: wide-leg sweatpants, matching crewnecks and hoodies, oversized knitwear, soft utility outerwear and puffers in pastels, muted neutrals and cool blues. Collections such as "Escape the Noise" frame the clothing as calm, functional everyday uniform, and the brand positions itself around considered, ethical manufacturing. Rodney Lam, chief executive of Amsterdam's Daily Paper, became a co-owner in June 2022 and led a restructuring of the business.
