East Harbour Surplus is a Florence-based menswear label founded in 2008 by Korean designer Han Tae Min and Italian production specialist Fabrizio Vanni. The brand reinterprets 1950s-60s military surplus, naval uniforms and blue-collar workwear through relaxed Italian tailoring, with Korean and Japanese streetwear influences. Collections center on field jackets, textured overshirts, pleated trousers, chore coats and knitwear, made in Italy from washed and garment-dyed natural fabrics. It runs a Via Maggio shop in Florence and wholesales to heritage retailers including Division Road, Son of a Stag and Trunk Clothiers.
