Fly London

Fly London is a Portuguese footwear label owned by Kyaia, the Guimarães-based shoe manufacturer founded by Fortunato Frederico, who took over the young Fly London name at a trade fair in 1994. The brand is built around chunky moulded rubber and wedge soles, exaggerated platforms and sculptural silhouettes, applied to ankle boots, Mary Janes, mules, sandals and sneakers in oiled and washed leathers. Production stays largely in northern Portugal, and the range sells through department stores and independent footwear retailers across Europe and North America.
