Los Angeles Apparel
Los Angeles Apparel is a vertically integrated clothing manufacturer and label founded in 2016 by Dov Charney, who previously built and was ousted from American Apparel. It designs, cuts and sews everything at its South Central Los Angeles facility, which employed roughly 1,500 workers as of 2022, using US-made yarns and textiles. The range covers heavyweight cotton tees, fleece, thermals, bodysuits and underwear, sold both direct-to-consumer and as blanks through a wholesale imprintable division. Charney remains founder and CEO; the company is privately held and independent.
