Norda

norda is a Canadian trail-running footwear brand founded by shoemakers and endurance athletes Nick and Willa Martire, based in Quebec between Montreal and the Eastern Townships. Its debut shoe, the norda 001, is built around a seamless one-piece Dyneema upper with a Vibram midsole and outsole, engineered to hold up in temperatures ranging from about -35C to 35C. The range has since expanded with lighter models and apparel, and the stripped-back, largely monochrome design has carried norda from specialist trail retailers into fashion stockists such as SSENSE.
