Palladium is a French footwear label built on lightweight canvas boots. The company began in 1920 making aircraft tyres, then turned to shoes after WWII, releasing the Pallabrousse in 1947 and the Pampa in 1949 for the French Foreign Legion. Pampa, Pallabrousse and Pallabase silhouettes remain the core, alongside vegan materials, sandals and lighter travel styles, plus collaborations such as Palladium x Finisterre. Owner KP Global, which also holds K-Swiss, was sold by Xtep International to the family of chairman Ding Shuipo for $151 million in a deal agreed May 2024.
