What to know about Pexwear
A 19th-century trade supplier, revived
John Peck & Co. dressed Liverpool butchers, engineers and warehousemen from 1816 until the factory closed in the 1970s; the name returned in October 2025.
Archive patterns, not workwear pastiche
The range reissues original factory patterns — Tradesman and Mechanics jackets, Engineers, Chefs and Stewards trousers — in heavyweight cotton twills.
Folk's founder is behind it
Cathal McAteer of Folk Clothing and Liverpool designer Domingo Rodriguez run the relaunch, which explains the fashion-led cut and the mid-to-high pricing.
