Pyrenex is a French down specialist based in Saint-Sever, in the Landes, and still run by the founding Crabos family, with Edouard Crabos as president. The company sorts and processes duck and goose down on site, much of it upcycled French down, and holds the state-awarded Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant label. Its range covers quilted and hooded down jackets and parkas for men, women and children, alongside sleeping bags and down bedding. Filings show roughly €38 million turnover for the year to April 2025 and about 170 employees.
