Reproduction of Found is a Tokyo footwear label launched for Spring/Summer 2016 under the concept "FOUND & REPRODUCTION." It researches military training and service shoes from the 1940s through 1990s, then remakes them with upgraded Italian leathers, suedes and reproduction rubber soles. Signature styles include the German Military Trainer, British Army Trainer and Italian Navy deck shoe, with model, country and era printed on tags. Production runs through legacy factories in Slovakia and Romania that originally supplied armies. Sold through specialist stockists including HAVEN, Cultizm and Lost & Found; typical sneakers run roughly $200-$300.
