Rick Owens DRKSHDW

DRKSHDW is Rick Owens' diffusion line, introduced in 2005 as a denim project and now the label's streetwear-facing tier. It works in heavyweight jersey, canvas and raw or waxed denim: drop-crotch and straight-leg jeans, elongated tees and tanks, cropped bombers and oversized hoodies in black, dust and milk tones. Ramones high-tops anchor the footwear. Garments are made in Italy and keep the mainline's deconstructed, asymmetric cutting at lower price points. Owens and Michèle Lamy run the business from Paris, with the founder still designing.
