Scumco & Sons was a Pittsburgh skater-owned board brand founded by Nick Teodori and Ben Smith, built on DIY underground skate culture. It sold seven-ply maple popsicle and shaped decks — its "Shred Weapons" — pressed at skater-run Pennswood Manufacturing in Oil City, Pennsylvania, alongside screen-printed tees, oddball accessories and stunts like a skatestop removal set. The team included Brian Downey, Stan Karbine and Drew Windon. The company announced it was folding in February 2024, and in February 2025 the founders signalled a relaunch under the name Ampersand Pound.
