Who Decides War is a New York label founded by Everard "Ev Bravado" Best and creative partner Téla D'Amore, evolving out of Best's earlier Ev Bravado line. Working from a Lower East Side base, the brand builds elaborately embellished denim, hand-dyed and distressed jerseys, and appliquéd tailoring that draw on stained-glass imagery, religious motifs and American military uniforms. It has been a CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund finalist and LVMH Prize semifinalist, shows on international runway calendars, and is stocked by SSENSE, HBX and Feature. Remains independently owned with no reported sale.
