YRU (Youth Rise Up) is an American footwear label founded by Ernie Nuñez, specializing in platform sneakers, creepers, boots and sandals made for goth, punk, rave and festival subcultures. Signature styles pair chunky flatform and stacked soles with holographic, transparent, studded and printed uppers. The brand sells direct-to-consumer and through wholesale marketplaces, and produces licensed collaborations with partners including Mattel, Sanrio and Elvira.
