ATTACHMENT is a Tokyo menswear label founded by Kazuyuki Kumagai, who assisted at Issey Miyake from 1990 to 1995 and began showing at Paris Men's Fashion Week in 2006. The line builds a muted, minimalist wardrobe — MA-1 and biker jackets, wool and cashmere melton coats, cargo trousers, Japanese denim, knitwear and jersey — from fabrics Kumagai develops with domestic mills. VEIN designer Koki Enomoto is reported to have taken over design duties from the 2022 Autumn/Winter season. Sibling line Kazuyuki Kumagai Attachment (KKA) handles more experimental cuts.
