DIGAWEL

DIGAWEL is a Tokyo label founded in 2006 by designer Kohei Nishimura, who oversees design, production and retail himself and keeps a deliberately low public profile. Collections pair restrained, everyday silhouettes — shirting, cardigans, wide trousers, work-influenced outerwear — with subtle construction twists, unusual pocketing and Japanese fabrics. Nishimura repeatedly reworks Americana and vintage utility references rather than trend pieces, as in the professorial FW21 collection. The brand runs its own Tokyo store and official online shop, and distributes through Japanese and international boutiques.
