Commoners is a New Zealand label designing men's and women's minimalist wardrobe staples from its studio in the beachside town of Mount Maunganui. Its year-round CLASSICS line covers heavyweight tees, sweats, shirting and trousers, joined by seasonal knitwear, linen-blend pieces and light outerwear in pared-back palettes and uncomplicated silhouettes. The brand emphasises natural fibres, garment longevity and long-term relationships with production partners in Zhong Shan, China, and works on packaging, fabrication and recycling improvements across its supply chain.
