What to know about Delikatessen
Shirts carry the construction details
Signature shirting uses curved 3D collars, shoulder darts and fishbone pockets, with covered, mother-of-pearl or olivewood buttons rather than standard plastic.
Cloth is chosen at the mill
The founders select fabric in person from mills in Italy, Portugal and Japan — linens, structural cottons, corduroys, dobby weaves and lyocell blends.
Small batches, small distribution
Production runs in limited quantities from a restored Burgundy farm studio, sold direct and through independent boutiques rather than large retail.

Brand facts
Delikatessen is a European menswear label built around shirting and fabric sourcing. Polish designer Andre Lisowski and Dutch art curator Stephen Hartog founded it in Amsterdam in 2009, later relocating the studio to a restored farm in Burgundy, France. Cloth is selected in person at mills in Italy, Portugal and Japan: linens, structural cottons, corduroys, dobby weaves and lyocell blends. Signature shirts use curved 3D collars, shoulder darts, fishbone pockets and covered or mother-of-pearl and olivewood buttons. Production runs in small batches, sold through independent boutiques including stuf|f and Garmentory alongside direct e-commerce.
