Ed Hardy builds apparel around the traditional tattoo flash of American artist Don Ed Hardy: tigers, koi, skulls, roses and banner script printed in dense colour, often with rhinestones or foil. Core products are graphic tees, hoodies, tracksuits, caps and trucker jackets, plus licensed fragrance and accessories. Launched by French marketer Christian Audigier and now controlled by brand-management firm Iconix, which bought a stake in 2009 and the worldwide master licence in 2011, it trades on the Y2K revival through tightly licensed relaunches in Europe and Asia and Gen Z collaborations.
