Hestra

Hestra makes gloves and nothing else, working from the Småland village of Hestra where Martin Magnusson began cutting leather work gloves in 1936. Still family-run under fourth-generation CEO Anton Magnusson, it produces ski, dress, and professional models across its own factories, with the leather-palmed Army Leather Heli Ski among its best known. Recent moves include a Trigger-compatible glove range developed with pole maker LEKI, rolled out for winter 2025, an FIS partnership supplying event staff, and expansion of its Denver-based North American arm.
